WHAT ARE WE DOING EVERYDAY?

The mission of the Veterans Advocacy Council CDC is to establish a partnership between the veterans, families and the community, whether it be through a healthcare system, public health, safety or human resource services. We find individuals and organizations to fill the gaps to better improve the quality of healthcare and community services through open and honest communication. We create platforms within the community to discuss the implementation of whole health best care practices. We aim to aide in the continuation of improving veteran's and the communities understanding of all support and services.

OUR VISION

At VACCDC, we passionately advocate for veteran legislation to enhance support in mental, holistic, and whole health services. Our focus lies in connecting individuals with culturally competent and trauma-informed services. Our diverse board represents various war eras and community leaders, uniting stakeholders such as veterans, their families, mental health professionals, VA and Congressional liaisons, community executives, and whole health influencers. We work hand-in-hand with Veteran Service Organizations (VSO) and community partners to promote the overall wellbeing of the communities we serve.
